  • Order Processing: Once an order is placed in your store, it is automatically sent to our fulfillment center via ShipStation.
  • Picking and Packing: Our team picks the items from your inventory, packs them securely, and prepares them for shipment.
  • Shipping: We ship the orders using your ShipStation account. Tracking information is provided to both you and your customers.

Step 3: Returns Management

  • Returns Processing: We handle returns on your behalf, inspecting the returned items and restocking them if they meet your criteria.
  • Customer Service: Our customer service team is available to assist with any questions or issues related to returns.

Our pricing model is designed to be transparent and straightforward, ensuring you only pay for the services you need.

  • Storage Fees

    • Monthly Storage: Based on the volume of inventory stored in our fulfillment centers. Rates are calculated per cubic foot.

  • Fulfillment Fees

    • Order Handling: A flat fee per order processed.
    • Picking and Packing: Fees based on the number of items per order. The first item is included in the order handling fee, with additional items incurring a small extra charge.

  • Shipping Fees

    • Carrier Rates: We offer competitive shipping rates through our partnerships with major carriers. Rates vary based on the destination, package size, and weight.
    • Discounted Shipping: Benefit from our bulk shipping discounts, passing the savings on to you.

  • Additional Services

    • Custom Packaging: Optional service for custom-branded packaging solutions.
    • Kitting and Assembly: Additional fees apply for kitting and assembly services.
