Founded in 2016, GussyUp LLC—operating as Private Label Labs —has become a trusted contract manufacturing partner for brands building in skincare, personal care, and dietary supplements. What started in California expanded to Henderson, Nevada in 2022, giving us the space, speed, and operational flexibility to scale alongside the brands we serve.

Private Label Labs is founder-led by a Korean American entrepreneur, and our formulation philosophy reflects that heritage: results-first innovation inspired by K-Beauty’s global leadership in skin science. We actively source next-generation Korean skincare ingredients—and best-in-class actives from around the world—to create modern, performance-driven formulas that feel as good as they work. We are FDA registered facility and maintain rigorous manufacturing and documentation standards, including cosmetics cGMP aligned to ISO 22716:2007 and dietary supplement compliance with 21 CFR Part 111. Our manufacturing runs inside a 15,000 sq. ft. production facility outfitted for serious throughput across categories. With steam kettles, topical bottling lines, high-speed tube filling, high-capacity capsule production and bottling, and auger powder bagging, we support everything from early-stage launches to high-volume scale—without sacrificing quality or control.

Innovation is powered by our in-house chemists and compounding team, with deep experience developing custom formulas and scaling them efficiently across topicals, tinctures, capsules, and gummies.
