Most contract manufacturers will sell you a stock formula built around one featured ingredient. We develop multi-pathway ingredient systems instead — because a practice recommending a product to a patient needs a better reason than a trend cycle.
Our focus is the categories that carry professional skincare: antioxidant protection, advanced hydration, pigmentation and tone correction, barrier repair, retinal renewal, post-procedure recovery, peptides, resurfacing, eye care and body treatment.
Every active has to earn its place. The reason can be performance, stability, sensory experience, compatibility or positioning — but there has to be one. We don't add ingredients because they're trending.

Private Label Labs is founder-led and Korean-American owned. In practice that means direct access to the Korean ingredient supply chain, and a formulation team that understood what Centella and ferment technology could do well before the U.S. market caught up.
