WHAT WE DO
Four things, all under one roof.
The handoffs between these are where most projects lose weeks. Here there aren't any.
01
Formulation
Ground-up development, or a validated base refined for your protocol. Encapsulated actives, multi-pathway systems, and concentrations held exactly where you specify — with stability data proving the retinal or the vitamin C is still there at month twelve. Texture gets the same attention, because a product a patient won't use doesn't work.
02
Compliance & testing
Third-party batch testing through Vertex Analytical, batch records, certificates of analysis, MoCRA registration and product listing, and label review before print.
03
Production
Pilot batches to production runs. Bottles, jars, tubes, airless, droppers and pumps — filled, capped, sealed and labeled here.
04
Logistics
Climate-controlled storage of your finished goods, kitting and pick-pack, and freight to your practice, a retail DC or your own 3PL.
EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
The same lab, whether you order 24 units or 24,000.
Most practices we work with have one location and three SKUs. The equipment below is why we can run that batch properly — and why you'll never have to move your formula somewhere else in order to grow.
A first run is 24 units
Not an exception and not a favor. Three SKUs at minimum quantity is the most common order we take, and the same chemist handles it as handles a national rollout.
Four double-jacketed tanks
Gruen & Lee, at 60, 150, 300 and 500 gallons. One location or fifty, your formula never has to move to another manufacturer to scale.
Hot and cold fill
Steam boiler for hot-fill emulsions, dedicated chiller for cold-fill formulas. Heat-sensitive actives never see a temperature they shouldn't.
Three Silverson homogenizers
Two inline at 20 and 10 horsepower with the full attachment set, plus an in-tank unit. Shear you can specify and repeat.
Bench-to-production continuity
Our bench homogenizer is a Silverson too. Shear geometry doesn't change between development and production, which is why the fourth batch comes out like the first.
Norden 402 tube filler
1,500 to 3,000 units per hour.
Three filling lines
Two Simplex fillers plus a fully automated line for airless, jars and bottles.
Three labelers
Two automated, one semi-automatic. Front, back and wrap.
In-house QC instruments
Fisher pH meters and viscometers, plus two automatic stirring mixers. Checked in-process and on finished product against a written spec.
Stability testing
Fisher oven and freezer for accelerated and freeze-thaw holds. All microbiology goes to Vertex Analytical, independently.
Water
Culligan commercial RO with dual UV filtration and an antimicrobial on-demand system. Water is the largest ingredient in most formulas and the most common contamination route
Thirty years on the bench
Our compounding and formulation team carries over three decades of combined experience in topicals.
Made here, not relabeled
Anyone can put your logo on a pre-filled bottle. Your formula gets mixed in one of these tanks, adjusted for your actives, your texture and your packaging.
Every piece of this is on the tour. We'd rather you see it than read about it

Walk the floor before you sign.
Most contract manufacturers are a phone number and a lead time. We'd rather you see the compounding room, the filling line and the QC bench yourself — then decide. Tours run weekdays and take about an hour.
